Carl A. LaGreca has been appointed to the board of directors of Meridian Interstate Bancorp, the parent company of East Boston Savings Bank.
LaGreca will also serve as a member of Meridian Interstate Bancorp’s Audit Committee.
LaGreca is president of Forman, Itzkowitz, Berenson and LaGreca PC in Waltham.
