Aron Returns To NAI Hunneman

Jonathan Aron has returned to the commercial brokerage team at Boston-based NAI Hunneman. He joins NAI Hunneman from CB Richard Ellis, where he was a senior vice president. Aron rejoins the firm as senior vice president and partner. He will be focused on the sale of shopping centers and single tenant, net-leased buildings priced between $2 million and $30 million. During his earlier tenure, Aron helped build NAI Hunneman’s investment business and was recently instrumental in a number of high-profile deals, including the sale of The Bank of America Tower in Providence for $33 million and Central Plaza, a 47,000-square-foot shopping center in Wellesley for $22 million.
