Brookline-based construction management firm Abrams Construction LLC recently completed BIGfish Communication’s office build-out at 7 Kent St. in Brookline.     

Abrams upgraded the buildings electrical and plumbing systems and installed a modern kitchen and bathroom.

"It was a pleasure working with BIGfish and their design firm, Orange Street Design, because of their clear vision for the space," said Matthew Abrams, principal of Abrams Construction. "When managing a historic rehabilitation, it’s critical for the client, architect, design firm and contractor to work closely together because there are constant changes and opportunities to maintain interesting building elements." 

In addition to the BIGfish build out, Abrams Construction managed the overall building rehabilitation including a new lobby with new wood floors, custom moldings, marble entry, and lighting, as well as the restoration of an additional office suite in the building.
