The Boston Foundation recently signed a lease for 8,412 square feet of office space at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston St. in Boston, bringing occupancy to 100 percent.

Rich Beal of Perry Brokerage Associates represented landlord A.W. Perry. Garrett Larivee and Dave Richardson of McCall &Almy represented The Boston Foundation in the lease transaction.  

The Boston Foundation has offices at 75 Arlington Street, and will be expanding its office operations to the Berkeley to accommodate growth and additional staff from its recent merger with The Philanthropic Initiative (TPI).
