The Boston Redevelopment Authority approved Stoughton-based Conroy Development Corp.’s plans for a 480,243-square-foot mixed-use development in Boston’s Seaport District.
The $230 million project will include 304 housing units, a 247-room hotel, 11,592 square feet of incubator space and 17,748 square feet for restaurants and retail.
Built at the site of surface parking lots at 315 Northern Ave., the project will include a three-story underground parking garage with 640 spaces.
Conway has agreed to pay $200,000 for community purposes disbursed by the BRA. Boston-based Arrowstreet is the project architect.
