The retirement services division of MassMutual Financial Group is achieving "all-time high" satisfaction levels for the company’s retirement plan installation process, according to a recent customer survey data.
The data found Springfield-based MassMutual earned very favorable results for overall management of the transition, timeliness of the transition process and flexibility in meeting unique needs.
"Our clients consistently cite the frequency and quality of MassMutual’s communication during the conversion process as a top strength," said Hugh O’Toole, senior vice president of sales and client management for MassMutual’s retirement services division.
"MassMutual excelled in managing the transition," said Hubert Davis, director of benefits/human resources at Mahle Inc. in Novi, Mich., where $63 million of a defined benefit plan was transferred to MassMutual. "The service we received from MassMutual was excellent. They were detail oriented, attentive and responsive. I can’t think of anything that MassMutual could have done differently to better meet our needs."
