Boston-based developer Clifden Partners and In Line Construction have completed Adamson Crossing, a six-unit luxury condo development in Allston.
The three-bedroom, two-bath residences – which include three 2,100-square-foot townhomes and three measuring 1,800 square feet – were constructed with open floor plans on the main living level to maximize natural light. The interiors are designed with finishes including deluxe kitchens and spa-like master bathrooms. All of the units come with parking including three with garages. Exterior features include an architectural hardscape and an irrigation system. Asking prices begin at $600,000 and are being offered to individual buyers only.
The Allston-Brighton neighborhood is one of the latest Boston neighborhoods experiencing a development boom with major projects such as the $500-million Boston Landing mixed-use project on Guest Street and Samuels & Assoc.’s Continuum luxury apartment and retail development at Barry’s Corner.
“Given the lack of available condominium units in the Allston-Brighton area, we saw a tremendous opportunity to provide luxury residences to buyers looking to become part of the fabric of one of Boston’s emerging neighborhoods,” Joseph M. Flaherty, managing partner of Clifden Partners, said in a statement.
Clifden Partners has financed, designed and developed approximately 60 homes in the Greater Boston and Metrowest area since 2008.
