CresaPartners in Boston was recently recognized by the CoStar Group as one of the nation’s top brokerage firms for the second year in a row.

The annual awards recognize the "best of the best" in commercial real estate brokerage by spotlighting the firms that closed the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales or leases in 2009.

CresaPartners, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants, received the award after being measured against other Boston-area commercial real estate brokerage firms by CoStar Group, the largest, independent research organization in commercial real estate.
