CTA Construction Breaks Ground On $9.3M Dracut Town Hall

Dracut Town Hall Rendering Waltham-based CTA Construction has broken ground on the new 20,000-square-foot Dracut Town Hall designed by Somerville-based Johnson-Roberts Assoc.

The $9.3 million building will replace the existing 1893 town hall and provide municipal departments with a large, modern facility that is ADA accessible. Once construction is complete, the existing town hall will be razed.

Vertex Engineering is the owner’s project manager.

In addition to this project, CTA Construction is completing the $46 million renovations and addition to the Dracut High School totaling over 220,000 square feet.
