SI-CAL, a manufacturer of heat transfer decals, has renewed its 23,000-square-foot lease at 11 Walkup Dr. in Westborough.
Si-Cal’s lease occupies the entire building, according to R.W. Holmes Realty Co.
Bill Sullivan of R.W. Holmes Realty represented the owner, and Eric Foster of DTZ FHO Partners represented Si-Cal.
