The board of directors of Lowell-based Enterprise Bancorp, parent company of Enterprise Bank and Trust Co., has declared a quarterly dividend of $.095 per share to be paid on March 2 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 9.

The quarterly dividend represents a 5.6 percent increase over the 2008 dividend rate.
