Boston-based commercial real estate firm DTZ FHO Partners has promoted William J. Foley to senior vice president. As senior vice president, Foley will assist corporate clients in developing and executing real estate strategies in the downtown Boston market.  Foley will also continue to execute leases for office space and generate new business leads for the firm’s Corporate Advisory Services Group, the company said. Foley began his real estate career in 1996 as a broker in the Boston market, and has served as vice president with the DTZ FHO Partners team since 1998, when the firm first acted as the Boston office of Trammell Crow Co. and then later became FHO Partners.
