Members of the First Baptist Church in Framingham recently wrote to Framingham Co-operative Bank asking for assistance with an immediate need to provide four homeless families in their parish a better holiday season.
The bank was able to donate $1,000 to benefit the families, according to a statement.
"We were certain this was the right thing to do, there’s so much need out there," said Steven Sousa, senior vice president of Framingham Co-operative Bank.
