Arlene S. Franklin has joined First Financial Trust, a subsidiary of The Savings Bank, as senior vice president and chief fiduciary officer.

Before joining First Financial Trust, Franklin was associated with Boston Private Bank & Trust Co. as a vice president, account planning. She also served as associate trust counsel and was responsible for the administration of complex trust relationships. 

First Financial Trust, headquartered in Newton, provides investment management, financial planning, trust administration, and estate settlement services, as well as retirement, endowment and fund management plans for individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations.
