Glovsky & Glovsky LLC has expanded its real estate and corporate law teams.
The Beverly-based firm recently added Anne Grant to the commercial and residential real estate group, and Bryan Natale joined the corporate and business group.
Grant focuses her practice in real estate law on residential and commercial transactions, zoning and land use. She was previously an associate with Prince Lobel Tye LLP where her experience included representing landlords and tenants during commercial leasing transactions, commercial and residential eviction actions, and legal issues relating to condominiums. Grant also has experience counseling telecommunications clients with respect to site acquisition, leasing, municipal permitting and zoning throughout New England. She holds a B.A. degree from Boston College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
As part of Glovsky & Glovsky’s corporate and business law group, Natale works with closely-held businesses and their owners on a variety of issues, including choice of entity, acquisitions, operational issues, exit strategies and succession planning. Natale holds a B.S. degree from Boston College and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
"The addition of Bryan and Anne to our team builds on our mission of providing clients on the North Shore and throughout the greater Boston area with an exceptional blend of skill and intelligence suited to Glovsky & Glovsky’s core practice areas," said John Glovsky, senior partner. "We’re pleased to welcome them to our firm and look forward to the contributions they are certain to make to our clients and the community."
