1st City LLC, represented by City Realty Group, has sold more than 100,000 square feet of commercial space in three separate transactions in Lynn, for a total of more than $7.1 million.

A portfolio consisting of 23 Central St., 140 Union St. and 441 Union St. – 40,000-square-foot, 30,000-square-foot and 5,000-square-foot commercial buildings, respectively – was sold to ABC Overseas Inc. for $5.1 million. Gibson Sothebys represented the buyer.

170 Union St., an 18,000-square-foot commercial building, sold for $1.26 million. The undisclosed buyer was represented by Central Real Estate.

20 School St., an 8,000-square-foot commercial building, was sold for $755,000. Bibby Real Estate represented the buyer, North Shore Elder Care.
