Hanscom Federal Credit Union has acquired an office building in Littleton for $3.25 million.
The class A, 67,167-square-foot building is located on 25 Porter Road.
The location is in a strategic area for the credit union, which will use the specialized infrastructure for its operations, according to a statement from the credit union.
NAI Hunneman represented the credit union in the transaction. The sellers were Wheelock Street Capital and Novaya Real Estate Ventures. NAI Hunneman’s David Gilkie, Jim Boudrot and Mike Allen have been retained to lease the remaining space in the building.
