Honda dealer Autofair Realty LP, of Salem, N.H., recently purchased 2.99 acres at the Home Depot Plaza at Exit 5 in Plymouth for $2.915 million.
The Plymouth site will house a full-service Honda dealership, according to a statement. The new building will be LEED certified. The groundbreaking occurred in September and the car dealership is expected to open in the spring/summer of 2011.
Braintree-based Paramount Partners LLC negotiated the sale.
