- Educatius Group is relocating its headquarters from 22 Batterymarch St. to the seventh floor of 50 Congress St., one of six recent lease transactions that have brought 50 Congress to 92 percent occupancy.
- Quincy-based Jumbo Capital Management acquired the 179,872-square-foot mid-rise building in May 2017 from KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT for $79 million. Jumbo Capital has begun upgrades to lobbies, hallways, a new awning and new entrance lighting.
- Designed by architects Andrews, Jaques & Rantoul as the headquarters for State Mutual Life Insurance, the building features a Beaux Arts exterior and marble lobby with brass finishes. Boloco and Fisique Fitness health club are retail tenants.
- Transwestern Consulting Group Partner John Barry, Senior Vice President Patrick Buckley and Assistant Vice President Abby Callahan represented ownership in the lease transactions.
