The newly-completed Michael E. Haynes Arms development in Roxbury includes 55 housing units and a new headquarters for Cruz Construction.

Named after the late Roxbury civil rights leader, the $83-million project enables Cruz Construction to combine its development, management, construction and relocation entities under one roof.

The housing portion of the 85,000-square-foot project includes an 80-percent affordable component.

The second phase of the project, known as One Waverly, will include 48 additional units of affordable and workforce housing and a cafe.
