Jack Conway Co. recently announced the addition of Nancy Hughes to its Swampscott office.

Hughes has 25 years of experience as a North Shore Realtor and previously worked as a middle school math teacher in the Swampscott and Saugus Public Schools

 "I know many of the agents who work for Conway and they were always raving about the company," Hughes said in a statement. "I like the fact that it’s a large, family-owned firm with a relocation division, a legal department, and a mortgage arm, but it is not so large that you get swallowed up in the corporate web. It’s very ‘agent-driven,’ and I like that."

"We are thrilled to have Nancy at the helm of our Swampscott office," Conway CEO Carol Bulman said in a statement. "She knows the market, knows our agents, and is an active and involved community member. She will lead our team to new heights of success in the years ahead."

Hughes has a bachelor’s degree in education and mathematics from the University of Hartford.
