Holly Fabyan, real estate broker at Beverly’s J Barrett & Co., has ranked No. 4 in 2010 on the MLS list of top 20 real estate agents on the North Shore.

The list encompasses seven North Shore communities including Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Manchester, Rockport and Wenham.

"2010 was a very encouraging year after a quiet 2009. The unique characteristics of the current real estate market opened up huge opportunities for those who could take advantage of it," said Fabyan.
