LeMaitre Vascular recently renewed their 27,500-square-foot lease at 63 Second Ave. in Burlington.

Mark Stevens, principal of Boston-based The Stevens Group, represented LeMaitre, providing tenant advisory services and assisting them in negotiating the lease extension.

LeMaitre has occupied the entire 27,500-square-foot single-level office/flex building since 2003. In addition to being their corporate headquarters, the facility also houses R&D and manufacturing processes for their line of medical device products.
