Paul Lechiaro has joined The Village Bank in Auburndale as business development officer.

In his new position, Lechiaro will be responsible for developing and maintaining new deposit and lending relationships with small- to mid-size businesses in the bank’s target market areas.

A licensed Realtor, Lechiaro worked most recently with Exit Realty Group. Previously, he was national account manager with Gryphon Networks.
