The recent merger of Brockton-based Thevenin, Lynch, Bienvenue LLP, with the Wellfleet practice of George Malloy CPA has resulted in the creation of Malloy, Lynch, Bienvenue LLP.

The firm, which offers accounting, auditing, tax and business services, can trace its origins to 1976 when Arthur Thevenin, who retired in 2004, founded the CPA practice that would eventually grow to become Thevenin, Lynch, Bienvenue.

Following the merger with Malloy’s practice, the firm set in motion the plans to formalize the merger and officially change the name of the firm.

The three are also joined by Principal Timothy S. Bell.

In addition to the new name and merged company, MLB has relocated its corporate headquarters to 99 Longwater Circle in Norwell and has expanded and consolidated its Cape Cod office at 9 Baystate Court in Brewster.
