Bill Beckman, founder and CEO of Burlington-based retail developer Linear Retail Properties, is retiring from the firm after 17 years. He is being succeeded by a two-person executive team of Chief Investment Officer Aubrey Cannuscio and Chief Real Estate Officer Joel Kadis. Both Kadis and Cannuscio  have been appointed to Linear’s board.
