, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Right Choice of Fall River, has been appointed the new chairman of the board of Massachusetts’ MLS PIN, succeeding outgoing chairman Michael Jewell, and says he intends to strive for 100 percent Massachusetts coverage for the organization.
Rusin has served on the MLS PIN Board of Directors for 9 years including as Vice-chairman in 2008 and Treasurer for the preceding 3 years. He served as regional vice president of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors for 3 years representing both Fall River and New Bedford, and was chosen as the Massachusetts Realtor of the year in 2004.
"Coming from one of the smallest regions in Massachusetts, I think my election shows that one’s voice is always heard within the company," Rusin said. "I am excited about the company’s current coverage and its few boundary lines, both of which give MLS PIN customers the opportunity to provide clients with professionalism, extensive data, and optimum exposure for their listings. I hope, as Chairman, we will strive towards 100% Massachusetts coverage for the benefit of our customers, as well as for the benefit of consumers buying and selling homes."
