Worcester’s Seven Hills Foundation, a social services organization, plans to build a new client and administrative facility on a recently acquired 3.64-acre site at 264 Stafford St. in Worcester.
The foundation paid $550,000 for the property.
John L. McKinley and Paul A. Matt of Worcester-based Kelleher & Sadowsky Assoc. worked with the seller in the transaction. Equity Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, A.M.E. Zion Church.
The site is improved with a 20,000-square-foot foundation, and includes utility and drainage infrastructure as well as parking for 115 vehicles. The foundation said the new facility will be for day clients as well as administrative space for current and future staffing needs.
