Boston-based STAG Industrial Inc. has purchased a 194,975-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility at 202 Washington St. in Norton for $11 million.
The building, which sits on 15.7 acres, was constructed in 1996 and was expanded in both 2001 and 2006, according to a statement. The warehouse facility is 100 percent leased to Plantation Products LLC, with more than nine years left on the company’s lease.
