Stapla Ultrasonics Corp. has renewed a 15,000-square-foot lease at 250 Andover St. in Wilmington.

Avison Young’s Jack Kerrigan and Colin Whitney represented landlord Spinelli Commercial Properties. The Stubblebine Co. represented Stapla, a metal welding company and subsidiary of Schunk Sonosystems.

250 Andover St. is a two-story, 31,696-square-foot office/flex building located in North Wilmington Business Park, a six-building, 350,000-square-foot, master-planned campus developed by Spinelli. Other major tenants include L3 and Rudolph Technologies.
