Watch Factory Offices in WalthamA software company and an energy provider have leased a total of more than 10,000 square feet at Waltham’s Watch Factory.

Boston-based Berkeley Investments Inc. has executed a lease amendment with
Mimecast North America Inc. for 7,900 square feet on the third floor of Phase I of the Watch Factory Offices. The company will occupy a total of 17,300 square feet through April 2016.

Mimecast is a Software as a Service (SAAS) company, which provides an online technology platform to improve the way companies manage their business communication and data.

LittleFoot Energy Inc. has leased 2,788 square feet at Waltham’s Watch Factory Offices.

LittleFoot Energy offers a systemic approach to optimizing energy performance with the ability to fund infrastructure improvements through energy savings, according to a statement.
