Bill Wishart has joined William Raveis Mortgage as executive mortgage banker, covering the Duxbury, Norwell and Scituate offices.

Wishart has over 12 years of experience in mortgage lending and five years of real estate sales on the South Shore.

With the return to historically low mortgage interest rates and changing mortgage program guidelines, Wishart’s experience and guidance will help consumers obtain the best financing plan available when purchasing a new home or refinancing, the company said.
