The ValleyWorks Career Center has renewed its lease at the 300,000-square-foot Heritage Place in Lawrence, and the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board, previously located on Island Street in Lawrence, recently relocated to the complex.

The lease agreements extend for five years, and the agencies occupy 18,760 square feet of first-class office and training space. North Andover-based property manager Ozzy Properties facilitated the transactions.

The career center, which occupies about 17,000 square feet, provides job seekers with access to resources such as computers, copiers, telephones and other research materials, the company said.

"We’re very pleased that these important agencies agreed to sign leases with Ozzy Properties," said Orit Goldstein, president of Ozzy Properties. "The ValleyWorks Career Center and the Merrimack Valley Workforce Investment Board are critical agencies making a significant impact on people’s lives, and we’re proud to have them at Heritage Place."
