Erich Zarnfaller has been named managing director of foreign exchange at First Republic Bank’s Boston office.

Zarnfaller has more than 15 years of experience as a foreign exchange professional and 10 years in corporate treasury management, according to a statement. He will work in the bank’s office at 160 Federal St.
