Developer Related Beal and has attracted 22,000 square feet in lab leases to 451 D St., a vintage building it’s updating in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood.

Three firms have executed leases for 22,000 square feet in a 9-story, 477,000-square-foot Seaport lab building owned by Related Beal.

The property at 451 D St., which Related bought last year, offers amenities like on-site parking, fitness center and day care, plus shuttle service to North and South stations, and is across the street from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. The building was completely renovated earlier this year.

The three leases were: Elektrofi for 5,000 square feet, Silicon Laboratories for 11,000 square feet and Stevanato Group for 6,000 square feet.

CBRE’s Jon Freni, Eric Smith and McKenna Teague represented the landlord. CBRE’s Carolyn Wheatley represented Elektrofi. T3 Advisor’s Jeremy Hood represented Silicon Laboratories, and CBRE’s McKenna Teague represented Stevanato Group.
