480 Biomedical Inc., a biomedical firm, has recently renewed its lease for its 27,311-square-foot laboratory facility at 480 Arsenal St. in Watertown.

Colliers International’s suburban brokerage team of Tucker Hansen and Joe Flaherty represented 480 Biomedical in negotiations with the landlord, Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc.

480 Arsenal Street is a two-story, 141,000-square-foot laboratory building, less than five miles from the Massachusetts Turnpike, and close to the Arsenal Mall. Major tenants of the building include New England Sports Network, Selecta Pharmaceuticals and Dicerna Pharmaceuticals.
