Richard P. Beal of A. W. Perry has been named 2009 president of the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association of Boston (BOMA).
Beal is the fourth A.W. Perry executive to serve as BOMA president.
He joined the company in 2004, an is a vice president and member of the Perry senior management team.
Past BOMA presidents from A.W. Perry include John H. Spurr, Sr. (1954), Thomas J. Teuten (1975) and John H. Spurr, Jr. (1991).
