A new 300-unit luxury rental complex in Boston’s South End has announced its initial rents including offers of two-and-a-half months free on some units.

Now available for move-ins, The Smith is advertising rents starting at $2.464 for studios and $2,808 for one-bedroom units. Prices top out at $6,335 for a three-bedroom unit on the penthouse level.

Designed by CBT Architects, the complex at 89 East Dedham St. features apartments ranging from 484 to 1,328 square feet with movable kitchen islands, state-of-the-art appliances, walk-in closets and glass showers and floor-to-ceiling windows. Developers set aside the 10th floor for a robust assortment of amenity spaces including pool deck, media and billiard rooms, conference rooms, pet space, private courtyard and yoga studio.

The on-site leasing office is scheduling both virtual and in-person tours.
