Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse and HVAC supplier Homans Assoc. have leased a combined 281,192 square feet at 613 Main St. in Wilmington. 

The transactions bring the class A high-bay industrial warehouse up to full occupancy. 

Seyon and Wheelock Street acquired 613 Main St. with a redevelopment strategy in mind, demolishing 50,000 square feet of the original building and adding 21 loading docks to provide a total of 44 tailboard docks. 

Newmark Knight Frank represented ownership in the lease transactions.
