The Regus Group, which operates business centers around the world, has opened a new, 43,000-square-foot office at 15 New England Executive Park in Burlington.

"We’re consolidating our two existing Burlington area locations into this new larger facility, which provides our clients with improved amenities in a great office setting," said Michael Berretta, vice president of business development for Regus.

Colliers Meredith & Grew represented the landlord, Equity Office. Peter Danna and Ogden White of CB Richard Ellis represented Regus in the 11-year lease agreement.

New England Executive Park is a 10-building office park located approximately 12 miles northwest of downtown Boston on 56 acres, totaling more than 1 million square feet of Class A office space.

Park amenities include a fitness facility, restaurant, full-service bank, a Cyber Park which allows users to plug-in and work outdoors, conference facilities, and has 24-hour staffed security with after-hours patrols and card key access system, according to a statement.

"The investment in this new facility reaffirms our commitment to the Burlington market. We envision this new center as a business hub for the Route 128 area," Berretta said.
