Conway Launches Cape Commercial Sales Division

Jack Conway Co. has started a commercial sales division, the "Commercial Connection," to begin brokering sales and rentals of commercial real estate from the Cape Cod Canal to Provincetown.

Conway Commercial Connection will operate from its new headquarters at 307 Falmouth Road, Rte. 28, in Hyannis.

Earlier this year, the Norwell real estate company expanded into the North Shore, opening an office in Swampscott.

The manager of the division is veteran commercial broker Bill Cronin of Hyannis. The new division is under the direction of Conway General Counsel Jay Chaisson and Regional Vice President Brian McCormick.

Cronin is a director of the Hyannis Civic Association, a member of the Hyannis Historical Society and a developer of commercial real estate projects in Boston and Cape Cod.

Cronin was a project manager for IBM, an asset protection manager for government agencies – FDIC and FTC – and was a lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard.
