William A. Rosenberg William A. Rosenberg has been named vice president of commercial lending at Needham Bank, and Stephen Jussaume been named commercial loan officer, both operating from the main office in Needham.

Rosenberg, of Medway, has more than 30 years experience in the banking industry; prior to joining Needham Bank, he was vice president of commercial lending at Wainwright Bank & Trust and at Rockland Trust Co., following its merger with Benjamin Franklin Bank. In his new role, Rosenberg’s responsibilities include new loan origination and existing account management.

Stephen Jussaume Jussaume will focus on commercial and residential real estate loans. Prior to joining Needham Bank, he was a financial/credit analyst with Sovereign Bank in Boston.  His industry experience also includes an analyst post at TD Bank in Haverhill.
