What: The Parker
Where: 55 Lagrange St., Boston
Owner: Fortis Property Group
Built: 2020-2022

Developers of The Parker tower tested the demand for “affordable luxury” condominiums at the crossroads of the Theater District, Chinatown and Boston Common.

Brokers from The Sarkis Team began marketing the units at the Lagrange Street property in early 2022 with prices starting at $575,000. Since The Parker opened in fall 2022, buyers have closed on at least 63 of the 168 condos, according to Suffolk County real estate records.

Including unit interiors by Zarifi Design designed to emulate a private social club, the Parker’s common amenities include The Rose Lounge, Cue Lounge billiard room and the Velvet Room, a movie screening room with banquettes.

Units are currently listed from $605,000 for a 456-square-foot studio to $2.8 million for a 1,268-square-foot penthouse with Boston Common views.

They Said It:

“This attainable luxury price paired with the central location in Boston’s Theater District, at the convergence of historic Beacon Hill and the coveted Back Bay and overlooking Boston Common, creates a well-defined niche in the market and a sought-after residential opportunity that many buyers are gravitating towards.”
