Montreal-based self-serve frozen yogurt retailer Yeh! Yogurt will open its first U.S. location at the Burlington Marketplace at 68 Burlington Mall Road in Burlington.

The 1,587-square-foot, café concept will offer self-serve, non-fat, frozen yogurt café. Other dining options include smoothies, waffles, crepes and organic tea. In the winter months, customers will be able to toast marshmallows for s’mores at their own table, according to a statement.

Yeh! Yogurt was represented by Doug Calenda and Lloyd Sugarman. Joel Kadis, partner and head of leasing at Linear Retail Properties, represented the owner.

"We’re thrilled that we could commence our New England expansion plans at Linear Retail’s Burlington shopping center," Calenda said in a statement. "The center has everything we look for, including strong daytime population, desirable tenant mix and a high-end curb appeal."
