Washington Trust Bancorp Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 29 cents per share for the quarter ending March 31.

The dividend represents a two-cent increase over that paid last quarter and is the corporation’s third consecutive quarterly dividend increase. The dividend will be paid April 11 to shareholders of record on April 1.
