Pinnacle Private Wealth in Woburn recently promoted Kristen Shutt to the position of director of operations.

Shutt joined the firm in February 2012 and was soon promoted to operations manager. In her new role, she will work directly with the firm’s managing partners to shape the company’s direction and expansion efforts. Shutt will also oversee its Woburn and Leominster offices.

Previously, she worked as director of operations for Fidelity Investments in Smithfield, R.I.

Shutt is a native of Hingham and earned her bachelor’s degree at Wheaton College. She holds the Series 7 license as a licensed representative and fiduciary.
