Atlanta-based Columbia Property Trust Inc. has acquired an office building in Boston’s Bay Back neighborhood for $152 million, inclusive of capital credits.
Columbia Property Trust purchased the 274,218-square-foot property at 116 Huntington Ave. from Broadway Partners.
The Huntington Avenue site is an Energy Star-certified, 15-story office building constructed in 1991. It is 78 percent occupied. First-year projected net operating income for the building is approximately $5.5 million, according to a press release.
