Belmont Savings Bank has promoted Elizabeth Osborne to senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO).
In the role, Osborne will direct the bank’s information technology initiatives. Her duties include overseeing the bank’s information technology activities, vendor management, strategic project implementation and data analytics. Osborne will report toExecutive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Hal Tovin.

Osborne joined Belmont Savings in 2012 as a vice president and director of strategic projects. While at the bank, she has led a bank-wide team to successfully open two new in-store branches and managed the renegotiation of consumer and business online banking contracts. Before joining Belmont Savings, she spent several years at State Street Corp.
