  • Developer Related Beal has begun accepting applications for 239 workforce and affordable apartments in The Beverly, its new development in Boston’s Bulfinch Triangle.
  • Workforce units will be available to households with annual incomes between $64,650 and $198,000, with rents starting at $1,940 per month. The low-income units will be available to households with annual incomes of $17,578 to $60,000 with rents starting at $492 per month.
  • The pet-friendly studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences include a 24-hour attended lobby and have views of the city skyline, Boston Harbor and Rose Kennedy Greenway. The building, designed to reach a LEED Silver designation, includes top floor amenities including a fitness center, entertainment room, children’s room and outdoor terrace and grill. Bike storage and on-site parking are also available.
  • Applications are now available at thebeverlyboston.com, and must be submitted by Sept. 6 to be eligible for January 2018 move-ins.
