- Three companies have signed leases at Lake Williams Corporate Center, a 210,000-square-foot office campus in Marlborough. The activity brings the park’s occupancy rate to 97 percent.
- Tyler Technologies, which provides information management for local governments, leased 7,000 square feet. Walgreens relocated its New England sales office from Waltham after leasing 7,200 square feet. And Immunovia, a Swedish life science startup, leased 8,700 square feet.
- JLL Managing Director Phil DeSimone and Vice President Rob Mahoney represented Washington Capital Management in negotiations for the three transactions.
- Built in 2001, Lake Williams Center is a Class A campus including a cafeteria, fitness center, patios and newly-renovated lobbies. The property is asset-managed by Washington Capital Management, with property management overseen by National Development.
